Hi, I'm Ashley
I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and young parent support specialist, but more than anything, I'm someone who believes every family deserves to begin this journey feeling confident, heard, and genuinely supported.
Becoming a mother gave me a whole new perspective on pregnancy, birth, and those first weeks with a baby. It showed me just how much uncertainty can come with becoming a parent, and how much of a difference it makes to have someone in your corner who can answer questions, offer reassurance, and help you feel confident in your own decisions.
That experience reinforced something I had always believed: confidence isn't something people magically have when labor begins. It grows little by little through honest conversations, evidence-based education, and having someone beside you who helps you recognize the strength and capability that's already within you.
That belief is what inspired Meadow's Embrace.
My approach blends evidence-based education with heartfelt support because I don't believe families should have to choose between trustworthy information and compassionate care. My goal isn't to tell you what your birth should look like. It's to help you understand your options, trust yourself, and make the decisions that feel right for you and your family.
