Why I Became A Doula

I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and young parent support specialist. More than any title, though, I'm someone who believes every family deserves to begin this journey feeling confident, heard, and genuinely supported.

Becoming a mother changed me in ways I never expected.

Those first weeks with my daughter showed me how overwhelming pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood can feel. They also showed me just how much difference it makes to have someone in your corner who can answer your questions, offer reassurance, and remind you that you're capable.

That experience strengthened a belief I already had: confidence isn't something people magically have when labor begins. It grows through honest conversations, education, and compassionate support.

Every parent deserves access to honest, evidence-based education, compassionate support, and the confidence to advocate for what matters most to them.
