More about your support options

Now that you've explored the available support options, here's a closer look at what each package includes and what you can expect along the way.

Prenatal Support

Preparing for birth can bring a lot of questions, and sometimes even more opinions. It can be hard to know what's accurate, what applies to your situation, and what choices are actually available to you.

This one-on-one virtual childbirth education course was created to change that.

This one-on-one virtual class is designed to help you understand your options, prepare for the unexpected, and build confidence in your ability to make informed decisions along the way. We'll cover everything from the final weeks of pregnancy and the stages of labor to comfort measures, medical interventions, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and feeding, all tailored to your family's questions and priorities.

Along with our time together, you'll receive a thoughtfully designed digital resource guide filled with evidence-based information you can return to whenever you need it.

Birth is unpredictable. While we can't plan every detail of how labor and birth will unfold, we can prepare for the decisions you may face along the way. Understanding your options ahead of time can make the unexpected feel a little less overwhelming and help you approach birth with greater confidence, no matter what path your journey takes.

Virtual Birth Support

Not every family needs, or wants, in-person birth support. Whether you're planning a hospital birth with a strong medical team, live outside my service area, or simply want a knowledgeable, reassuring presence without the cost of an in-person doula, virtual birth support can be a wonderful option.

Beginning during pregnancy, we'll meet for two prenatal consultations to prepare for your birth. We'll talk through your birth preferences, practice comfort measures, discuss coping techniques, answer questions, and make sure you feel confident heading into labor.

You'll also receive my complete childbirth education resource packet, giving you evidence-based information to refer back to whenever you need it.

When labor begins, I'll be available continuously through text, phone, or video call. Whether you need reassurance that what you're experiencing is normal, guidance through contractions, suggestions for comfort measures, or simply someone to remind you that you're doing an incredible job, I'll be there with you every step of the way. While I can't provide hands-on support virtually, I can help you navigate the unexpected, encourage your partner, and offer calm, experienced guidance throughout your labor.

After your baby arrives, we'll reconnect for two postpartum check-ins to answer questions, discuss recovery, feeding, newborn adjustments, and anything else that's on your mind. My goal is to make sure you continue feeling supported long after birth, because your journey doesn't end the moment your baby is born.

Birth Support

Birth can be beautiful, empowering, unpredictable, and sometimes overwhelming, often all in the same day. My role is to be a steady, reassuring presence throughout your labor, helping you navigate each moment with confidence, evidence-based information, and compassionate support.

Before your birth, we'll meet for two prenatal visits to get to know one another, discuss your hopes and preferences, answer questions, and prepare for labor together. We'll practice comfort techniques, talk through different birth scenarios, and make sure both you and your support person feel ready for what's ahead.

When labor begins, I'll join you in person and remain by your side continuously until after your baby is born. I'll provide hands-on comfort measures, position suggestions, encouragement, and guidance throughout labor, while also helping your partner feel confident and involved. If unexpected decisions arise, I'll help you understand your options so you can make choices that feel right for your family.

After your baby arrives, I'll stay for approximately two hours to support those first moments together. Whether that's helping with skin-to-skin, getting breastfeeding off to a good start, answering questions, or simply making sure everyone is settled before I leave, my goal is for you to begin this new chapter feeling supported, not alone.

Before we say goodbye, we'll schedule two virtual postpartum check-ins because support shouldn't end the day your baby is born. We'll reconnect to answer questions, talk through recovery, feeding, newborn care, and help navigate those first weeks of parenthood together. Whether you need reassurance, practical guidance, or simply someone to check in with, these visits are here to help you feel supported as you settle into this new chapter.

Postpartum Support

The postpartum period is often called the fourth trimester, a time filled with learning, healing, and adjusting to life with your newest family member. While so much attention is placed on preparing for birth, the weeks that follow can bring just as many questions, emotions, and unexpected challenges. You don't have to navigate them alone.

During our time together, I'll provide personalized in-home support tailored to your family's unique needs. Whether that means helping with feeding, answering newborn care questions, supporting your physical recovery, helping with light housekeeping and meal prepping, processing your birth experience, or simply offering reassurance during those early days, my goal is to help you feel confident as you settle into this new chapter.

Every family's postpartum journey looks different, which is why our time together is guided by what you need most in the moment. Some visits may focus on education and troubleshooting, while others may simply provide an extra set of hands and a listening ear. However your journey unfolds, you'll have compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way.

The Full Journey

Welcoming a new baby isn't just one moment, it's a journey that begins long before labor and continues well into the weeks that follow. The Full Journey package was created for families who want consistent support from pregnancy through postpartum, with one trusted person walking alongside them every step of the way.

This package combines personalized childbirth education, continuous in-person birth support, and dedicated postpartum care into one seamless experience. Together, we'll prepare for birth, navigate labor as a team, and continue supporting your recovery and transition into parenthood after your baby arrives. Rather than piecing together support from different places, you'll have one familiar face who understands your goals, your preferences, and your family's unique story.

My hope is that, by the end of our time together, you won't just feel prepared for birth, you'll feel confident stepping into parenthood. Because while pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are all different chapters, they are part of the same story, and you deserve support through every one of them.

Ready to Begin Your Journey Together?

Whether you're ready to book or simply exploring your options, I'd love to answer your questions and help you find the support that feels right for your family.

Common Questions

When is the best time to book a doula?

The best time to book is as soon as you feel ready! Many families reach out in their second trimester to ensure availability. Booking early allows us more time to build a relationship and for you to utilize the prenatal support inclusions throughout your pregnancy.

Do you offer payment plans for your packages?

Absolutely. I believe doula support should be accessible. I offer flexible payment schedules that allow you to spread the cost over the course of your pregnancy. We can discuss a plan that honors your family's budget during our initial consultation.

Can I customize a package to fit my needs?

Yes. While the tiers provided are designed to meet most families' needs, I am happy to adjust inclusions—such as adding extra postpartum hours or additional prenatal visits—to ensure you feel fully supported on your unique journey.

How do we get started?

The journey begins with a complimentary consultation. This is a calm, no-pressure space for us to meet, discuss your hopes for your birth and postpartum season, and see if we are a good fit for one another.
